Givli ("we", "us", "our") provides smart QR labels that help lost items find their way home, while raising funds for schools and clubs. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to provide the service:

• Account details: your name, email address, and (optionally) a phone number.
• Label details: the items you activate and any custom "if found" message you choose to add.
• Order details: packs purchased, delivery address, and the organisation you support.
• Found-item reports: messages submitted by someone who scans your label.
• Technical data: basic device and usage information to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your information

We use your data to activate and manage your labels, notify you when an item is found, process orders and commissions for your school or club, provide support, and keep the platform safe.

We do not sell your personal data.

Keeping contact details private

When someone finds and scans a Givli label, they do not see your personal contact details. We pass their message to you, and you decide whether to respond. Both parties stay anonymous until you choose to share details.

Sharing your information

We share data only with trusted providers who help us run the service (for example payment, email/SMS, and hosting providers), and only as needed. We may also share information where required by law or to protect the safety of a child or individual.

Data retention

We keep your account and label data for as long as your account is active and your labels give you access to the found portal, plus a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@givli.club.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
